If you want a picture for your clan, the best idea would be to create it yourself. Painting it on paper would be a bit antiquated, but hey, why not? Otherwise, use a photo or create something in a paint program. Once you have a picture, you put it online somewhere. If you don't have webspace yourself, there are several places where you can put it online for free, e.g. imageshack.

Of course another possibility is to look for free pictures online.
