If it's the game I just looked at your opponent's time has expired and he has no timebank remaining.There should be a skull at the side of the game.You have to click it to claim the game but it's not mandatory.If you leave it your opponent could come back and make his move and get back his move period (I think it was 3 days) However he can never recover lost timebank.
