I already have a club that I started going now but how can I start a second club?

you can't.

well you can give your current club over to someone and start a new one but you can't hold two at the same time. you can however have a club and a clan at the same time so you could start a clan instead if you weren't expecting any non-subs to join. otherwise i'd hand over your orginal club and start a new one...
