I was playing 6 games and I recently won one and my opponent resigned. I can't delete this game and when i archive it, it still counts as a running game because I cannot create new games. What am I supposed to do when someone resigns?

OK. Right next to 'you won' is the link "archive", click on that and after the page reloads the 'archive' box next to the 'won' game should be checked by default. Scroll to the bottom and click the update link.
When your game page reloads the game will have gone and you will then be able to play another.

nonsubscribers are restriced to 6 running games. but there is a little bug that does not let you open a new game, even though you just have 5 running, because you just won one.
solution: wait a bit and some time later you will be able to start another (a sixth) game.
