New Tournament Rating Restriction

My Maximum rating in the last 30 days is 1354 however, it is not letting me enter the Beta Quickfire Midi Duel which has a rating restriction of 1300-1600...why won't it let me?

I think your max rating only prevents you from entering lower rated tournaments. You current rating is 200 points (almost) below thw minimum level therefore you are correctly not allowed to enter the tournament.

By that reckoning, TimmyToilet would qualify for neither the md nor lower tournament. Surely the maximum rating in the past 30 days should be the only criteria. If both your current and 30day maximum rating must be within the limit a lot of players will be excluded.
