With the after move preference set to Next Waiting Game how does the next game get worked out? If it by Game ID, or least timeout or something else?

I just checked. On the "My Games" page there are 11 different sorting options.
I did not notice that 'timebank' was specifically mentioned.
Perhaps "least time remaining" includes timebank. I think that is the case.
