Cool that you got a star - not so cool that you haven't got it yet. But rest assured that it'll be very temporary.
When did you make the payment? It might take a day or so for C&R to log it.
Did you use the same e-mail address to pay as you use for logging in? I think that if it is different it is hard for C&R to tell who paid them.
I know C&R check this forum regularly, so you shouldn't have to wait long for a response. But if you don't hear something soon then you could send a feedback note explaining that you would like your star (& who can blame you 🙂 )

You can send a private message by clicking on 'my home' and follow the link from there. Just address the message to Russ and give him the details. Or send a feedback by clicking the feedback link at the top of the page.

I rectified the problem before I came to work this morning, but I’ll just explain what happened. I have been away from the site since Wednesday, a rare occurrence to be away that long, but I sometimes do take off for the odd weekend away. (It was my ‘stag do’, the traditional pre-marriage boys-away-from-home-drinking-beer party 😵)
So apologies for not responding to feedback or messages during this time.
As for the subscription process, this has been automated for a few weeks now, so I'm curious if you followed the whole process through to completion. (You are now asked which account you would like to apply the 'star' to - this is to help people who use a different email address on the site to the one used for buying a subscription – or for when people want to buy a ‘star’ as a gift for someone.)
I will investigate anyway.
