This restricting challenges etc business is a delicate issue.
Surely, by posting an 'open invite' it is exactly that, - open.
May I respectfully suggest that if an 'undesirable' accepts an open
invite - simply delete the game or, more politely, message back why
you prefer not to play them whilst hitting the ' offer draw' button.
That way, they will have received a reason why you don't want to play
them AND it won't affect anyones' points, ratings etc.
If they don't accept the 'draw' you still have time to delete the game
without any adverse consequences.


Personally - I feel if you offer an open invite - it's exactly that.
