No time bank left

My opponent has no time bank left how do you finish game
As it is still active

As he hasn't moved for two weeks it's a fair call. Go to 'my games' and then 'opponents move' further down in the left hand margin...you'll see that particular game has a 'skull' icon if you slide across to the right hand side, following 'opponent', 'status', 'time' etc... Just hit the skull under 'actions', game over...
