In my game Game 9025787 ..... it is opponent's move and it says timebank depleting still he has no timebank left..... and game is not shown won?? PLease help me..

You can run out of timebank, and still have some time left if it's less than 3 days since it became your turn to move. Once that 3 days is over the skull should appear for you to click.
Since more than 72 hours have passed since the last move, the skull may be visible now, depending on when he actually ran out of timebank. Timeouts are not automatic in normal (non-competition) games.
