When I try to challenge a sseventh and or eighth player, how come I am told that the maximum is only six games, unless you are a paid up member. I AM A PAID UP MEMBER. Is it possible they donm't know that? Thanks

When you're a paid up member your profile shows a star at the side of your name.
Yours doesn't.
Have you ever had a star?.If not your payment has never been acknowledged.
