I have no idea what you want, but:
- the Help header on the dark bar gives you some stuff
- you've obviously found your way to the Help forum which is manned by other users. We can answer some things, but obviously not everything.
- Send Feedback is listed in the Support section at the bottom of each page. It's where you go to contact the site administration. It's manned by real live people, you don't need a "customer assistance number".
