I have some friends who are registered but I cannot find them in Players Directory. I know they are registered, why can't I find them. I put in their User Name exactly but they don't come up. This is really frustrating. I can pull up everyone else but not these two. One has the phone app and is on the pc.
@joc44 saidIf they haven't played in the last 100 days they won't show on most lists. If they've never moved a search won't find them either. If there is a space or strange character in the username search won't find it. If you know the name of someone they would have played a game with, look through their list of games played.

A player whom I've known for a few years all of a sudden cannot get logged onto her username, Mammy Blue. It does not get recognised by the site.
She has changed her password to see if that would help, but to no avail.
Any ideas please.

I have no problem getting the Mammy Blue profile up, simply by typing mammy in the players search box. Last moved 3 days ago.

Just to reiterate, she cannot log on anymore.
