In a tournament, white has not moved. As there has been no moves the time out period has not started to run.What happens if the player never moves?I have already timed my opponent out in the other game where I was white.

The timeout period is actually running, it just doesn't show on screen if nobody's moved. It should finish close to the time the other-colour game with the same opponent finishes.
