Not receiving alert emails

Hi there, I've checked My Settings for email alerts, and it's ticked. I've even changed my email address incase it was having problems with the one I signed up with. Does anyone know who I may not be getting these alerts?

When you go back there is it still ticked?

Have you checked your SPAM folder? It could be your ISP has marked it as SPAM.

I know that AOL have blocked RHP emails in the past, as they thought it was SPAM.
