Notes...?

Are the notes within each game separate for each player? I mean, I suppose that their purpose is to leave yourself a note for when you leave and come back to a game -- is this correct? And, since they're limited to 0/250 characters, does it reset after each move and the notes are archived, or is it just a running space that stays 0/250 for the entire match?

You are correct with this, when you next visit the page (even after moving) the note will still be there and taking up characters from the limit.
