Go to MySettings, MyEmailSettings, and put a tick in the box and save it.
What you can do, you can usually undo.

Did you click the update button at the bottom of the page after changing your settings?

Yes, getting some email notifications, would like to get them all

They can be quite slow arriving sometimes, no idea why. Also, many people who move frequently turn off their move notifications in their settings, to avoid annoying their opponents.
