Notified a skull

I had a skull and notified the opponent by a message. The skull disappeared but she has not moved within a day. How long does it take for her to move b4 the skull comes back?

If she has not moved I can't see how the skull would disappear, except for a ban...

EDIT: Batgirl91 has been banned. So you will have to wait until all the necessary data have been processed ere you get your win automatically.
