Offering a draw

I now playing my fourth game on this site and I want to offer a draw. I thought that I would have to make a move before offering a draw; however after making a move the draw option has gone. Is this right? The notebook also seems to disappear after making a move.

You have to click the 'offer a draw' checkbox BEFORE you make the move. In that way, when you click the 'move' button, you automatically offer the draw.

not really: you can't see it while your opponent thinks (which is not very good, but that's the way it is.)
