Opposition's time runs out and I don't win

This is the blitz game. Twice I was in the middle of a game when their time runs out (thought they were so confident they'd gone to make tea). The time ran out and nothing... I needed closure. Was doing well in one of the games. Any ideas??????

On Blitz it's a bug - sometimes the connection breaks and your opponents clock just appears to run down to zero, and then nothing happens.

One day it might get fixed.
