Password problems

I've logged in with my old email address and password and want to change it to my new email. The old one has died.

When I try and change email addresses, it says that address is in use. It isn't. Its mine and fairly unique.

Can an admin check whats going on here please for me?

I would use the link below "Send Feedback" if I were you and ask them directly. Use the category "Logging in".
I think they have a priority help for this kind of problems.
