Just move it on to the 8th rank, press move, and you will be given a choice of what to change it to.
BUT...
If you have other games waiting you will be sent to them first and won't get back to the promotion dialogue until you've made the moves in those games. The way round this is to uncheck 'move on to next waiting game' before moving the pawm 🙂
