pawn wont promote

hi, this has happened before: pushed a pawn to the 8th rank but when i click on 'queen' nothing happens. what gives? it's game #6752738.

ok feedback. pawn still wont queen or anything else. been 2 days.

A search on Public Games throws up a queen in the appropriate spot, and a queen promotion in the game history, but also reports an error in the game history. Looks as if there's nothing you can do until you get a reaction from feedback.

If by promote you are talking about moving the pawn forward.
Promote to me means crossing the board with a pawn to the other side and Promoting to a Queen or something else.

If you are talking about promoting the pawn to challenge the Queen after move six it's because you would be in check by the bishop if you were to do that, so as you can't put yourself into check that is the why.
