Pieces not on right squares

When I log onto this game http://www.redhotpawn.com/core/playchess.php?gameid=4447731
the pieces aren't on the squares where they are supposed to be. My oppoenents queen recently moved off the back rank, for example, but it's still there. When I use the analyze board feature, sometimes the queen is in the right place.
