player don't play move 1.

Hello! what happens when a player in a tournament don't play
his first move as white? His time is still full after the tournament is startet several days ago?

sorry - I discovered, when I click the info button the timebank was depleting. But when I clicked on the game button both the timeout and the timebank was still full?
