Possible bug - error in pieces captured

My game against redsword Game 1612142 has recorded that both queens have been captured in the list of pieces taken just below the board. This is not accurate, as we have not traded queens. Is this a bug?

Its because you've each lost a queen.. Black lost the promoted pawn, and white lost their queen..

edit: if you promote another queen, and then lose that one, plus your original one, the captured pieces would then show 3 queens
