Posting boards

I was wondering if anyone knew how to post boards. I have a few puzzles that I would like to post, but I do not know how.

The notation is as appears in the FAQ, although you only need the actual position part for the diagrams here. One per post too. And no spaces like I've written above.

You can also click reply & quote on a message someone else has posted with such a diagram to see how they've formatted it.
