As a clan leader I can create new tournaments by typing the URL http://www.redhotpawn.com/tournament/createprivate.php into my browser.
By the looks of it there is only a limited number of parameters available, i.e. number of entrants (8-128), group size, length of timeout and timebank.
Are there any other settings are available? I am thinking of minimum/maximum number of entrants, minimum/maximum ratings, and even manually allocating entrants to groups (instead of random system-generated).
