I've set up a private tournament for my clan and stupidly set the minimum entrants at 20 which isn't going to happen. Is there any way of amending this? Secondly, how do I start the tourney when enough people have entered?

The tournament will start automatically when it's filled up with 20 entrants.
I don't know of any way of amending the tournament once you've already created it. You can send feedback and ask if they can help.
Or you can have others outside your clan join the tournament by giving them the code until it's filled up with 20 entrants.
