private turnaments

Could it be possible to oarganise priavte turnaments? all turnaments now are open and organized by Russ and Chris. Perhaps it would be a good idea to let people organize their own tunaments with their own rules (league, swiss mode, nb of games, ...) and with the players they want.

(could also be an extension of the clans, which is a sort of tunaments between two groups)

just had another idea: it could also be a turnament IN a clan: sort of "I want to make my own ranking in the clan..."
