Problem paying for subscription

I have tried two cards, one Credit and one Check card (both are VISA) and neither work.

It says:

Process Failed.
Error: Do not honour

I definitely have funds in both accounts.

Has anyone else experienced this?

How do I contact officials from this site?

Could Russ help?

Or do I have to contact '2check'? I believe that's the company doing the verification.

Can I deposit cash into an account?

Thanks Rag.

They said to consult the forums before sending feedback so I thought I'd give it a bash.

In light of the previous post, I think sending feedback is probably the best idea.

I had the same problem when I tried.
The solution was very simple.
I entered my name wrongly as "Fabian Fnas", not as it was printed on the card "Fnas Fabian".
When I tried again, now more carefully, I succeeded and - voilà - I became a subscribing member with all the advantages there are.
