Problems starting new threads

Over in the General Forum I am unable to start a thread, and get the following message:-

ERROR Cannot create thread

request failed

Is anyone else experiencing this? or is someone somewhere subtly trying to tell me something 😉

I just started a new one in the general forum, viewed it, and then removed it, Mark. No problem as far as I could tell.

Thanks for taking a looksy at it Mr. Miller Sir! I think the problem lay in my usage of quotation marks in the thread title.

I have rather expertly deduced this from the fact that when I removed the quotation marks (and replaced them with single ' apostrophy stylee efforts) the post went through fine, leading me to believe in some kind of connection.
