profile photo

What do i need to do to put a picture in my profile photo? I don't know what to put in the URL line.

If you spot a picture you like on another webpage (make sure you are allowed to use it), right click on that picture and select properties, the URL will be stated here.
Alternatively if you know someone with a website get them to host your pic for you and forward the url to you.
