A reasonable work around.
The 'Analyse board' function may not be perfect, but i have found myself uing it one H*LL of a lot. Niggling issues, but fab all round really.

I just had this idea: if captured pieces in Analyze Board could go into a box at the foot of the board, then not only could we quickly see who was ahead on material, but perhaps we could click on them to move them back to the board.
It's definitely not feasible to have the AB feature understand the rules of chess, but if it behaved a little more like a physical chess set, it would be insanely great (instead of just excellent 😉)

RolandYoungs idea of "captured pieces box" is great idea also. This would even be of use in the game history and public games sections as I have said before.
