Is it possible to quickly go to ANY part of the table rather having to scroll through slowly.

theres the page numbers at the bottom click on those

if you want to go to page 37 (for example) quickly, you can just edit the url and key in the number of the page you desire.

if its positions you require then just remember there are 20 people to a page
