Can you explain something for me? How come there are people rated below 1700 and they are playing in the "2015 July Banded Threesomes 1700-1800" tournament?
When I checked the tournament for 1800+ there was a notification that I wasn't eligible and my rating is 1793, so I understand that my rating is too low.

This would be especially likely for someone who has a large number of ongoing games and completes games frequently..
