Possibly a silly question, but I'll ask it all the same; Providing it is my opponents move, If I ignore the little TO icon I assume I myself will not be guilty of a TO (this is a 1 day limit tournament). I'ts just I feel on a weekend it's a bit harsh to claim the game.
