i have noticed that when i click on my opponents name they have a chart showing their rating ups and downs,how do i get this chart?

Click on your name, either in the forums or in a game.

what i mean is when i click on my name all the stats are there but the chart isn't

That's REALLY odd. I can see your chart no problem, so it's not the site generally that's the problem.

Have you tried going into it by "My Home" menu, and choosing "My Profile"?
