No it isn't.

Because your opponent's rating, as well as your own, can change before the game is ended.
And it is when the game ends the points won or lost is calculated.

If you expect your opponents to be about the same rating when you finish you can calculate an indication tho: FAQ.

The chart shown below has been published several times in the help forum.

With it you can find the points that will be gained or lost if you know the current rating of both (non-provisional) players. Using it to calculate the results before you play the game is fine. It will give you a good idea of what the rating change will be.

But as pointed out, the ratings can change during the game if either player completes one or more or their other games, and it is only the ratings at the time the game is completed that are used to find your new rating.
