I would guess it's all in the programming. I'm not even sure where the 'last 7 game rating' is myself - is it new?

The rating graph (which for you only has 7 games, but can have up to 300) is always 'one behind' in that it shows what your rating was just before your last game finished. This is because it's showing your rating and the rating of the opponent you just beat/lost to.

So, the figure in 'stats' is the current one.

It's a little weird, I know, but you'll get used to it.
