Ratings graph and highest / lowest rating statistics don't match

I am currently playing an opponent with a 1871 rating.

When I expand the graph showing his/her rating it shows a low of 1118 on 24 April 2025; however, when I look at their statistics is shows the lowest rating in 5 years as 1507.

What am I missing?

Your opponent’s rating of 1118 was a provisional rating as it was one of their first twenty games, and these aren’t included in the highest/lowest ratings figures on their profile page.
The rating of 1507 was his/her lowest full rating, after twenty games.
