I've read the blurb on ratings in the help bit a few times but I just dont get it.
Could someone please give me an explanation of the change in ratings after a match is completed , possibly by the way of an example?
So if a 1200 player (1) beats another 1200 player(2) , who gets what points?
and just two more please?
1700 (1) vs 1350(2)
and 900(1) vs 1400(2)
(the brackets are to note which player is which)
Could all experienced chessers please excuse my apparent daftness🙂
