The last three games i played were against higher rated players. I won all three but my rating went down on each occasion, whats up

Relating to your last three rated games, I can see all of them were actually losses. Without looking closer, perhaps the games you refer to were unrated as they are not listed in your rate graph...

All your games against Lise were unrated and won't change your rating. You can check whether an individual game is unrated by clicking on the game's Info button in the MyGames screen. The creator of the game chooses rated or unrated for each game.
