We need the game number to make any assessment. The system knows what it's doing, if that was indeed the case you would have got an automatic stalemate. Check again.

I looked at your games and it appears that you have 7 games in progress.
It was your move in only one of those games when I looked. (against flaminggrate)
In that particular game you are in check at this time.

I think that is all I can say now as it is still a game in progress.
I hope I didn't violate chess etiquette here. 🙂
