Refund

I already sent feedback, but I'm not sure if that's all you want me to do. I would like to have a refund please, and I haven't been playing for anywhere close to 14 days (my first day today). The e-mail I subscribed with was:

I sent feedback already like I said, just I'm making a topic here in case I was meant to make a topic to contact you, and not use feedback, I'm just a bit confused.
