My friend registered yesterday. I tried to challenge her but I keep getting the following message: "no players match your search." I've double-checked the spelling of her user name. Is there a time delay before new players can be challenged?

I think your problem is that "Find Player" doesn't find a player who hasn't made a move yet.

Try going directly to "New Game" and typing the user name in there.
