It seems still possible that a clan can get more members than the maximum. This bug seems not to be fixed yet.

I have just looked into this again, and found a bug. This has now been fixed.
Now any number of members can request membership, but only the max number (currently 20) can be accepted. Any remaining clan membership requests must either be rejected, or other members removed, and then accepted.
This should be the last we see of this problem. Latex Bishop has also been asked to remove his 21st member.

Does that now mean we an have a waiting list for members. I have about 5 people who want to join the clan, could I have them as members pending? That way I can still keep them updated with what is happening in the clan when I message the whole clan on issues or chat.
Maybe we could have active mebers who play and passive members who want to help out. When an active member leaves they can be replaced with one of the passive ones.
Our main case would be Zach, he does not want to play chess here at the moment, but he does want to stay in the fun clan in a passive role so he can keep in toucj with people.
