Red Hot Pawn has been a good experience, but the urge to compete has faded, and ego won't allow me to continue to play if I can't do so at (what I consider) to be an acceptable level. It's possible I'll be back one day, but that will depend on future circumstances.

If you have already sent feedback, be patient.

Unless you put a block on that company which is a tad extreme and unnecessary for not renewing a subscription on a chess website.
You simply cancel your direct debit.

If it belongs anywhere. I've cancelled my sub loads of times here, it's so simple. There's an option when sending feedback for subs. Might take a few days to get an email response but it always comes through.

Check the detail in the subscription itself; mine says “non recurring”.
I think they used to be recurring some years ago, or maybe it’s an option when you sign up, can’t remember.
But worth checking.
Anyway Russ will get back to you; sometimes takes a few days.
PS you haven’t made a chess move here in 237 days old chap. 🤷♂️
