@mchill saidSometimes Russ takes a while to answer even in subscriptions. You could have sent him a P.M., not that it would be any quicker, but you would be fairly certain he got the message. He would eventually get back to you. I tend to agree with Ghost, it doesn't appear good to passing traffic, (People who may be thinking about joining) I know you said your experience was good but the optics don't look good.

- - Excuse me, I tried to cancel through my subscription page without success, so didn't know what else to do, and if you would please read what I posted, you'll see it's quite positive.
