(seemingly) random move notification emails

noticed I am getting these for games where opponent has not moved...

e.g. game vs timmytoilet I have an email timed at late last night to say move made by opponent, when last move was mine at 7.30pm according to the 'my games' view

is this a bug?

anyone?

Probably just a delayed email.

So it appears out of sync with the site.
